We’re hiring a proven, hands-on CTO who can own our AI + data-privacy product from prototype to production. You’ll architect, code, ship, and later build the team.
We are an ambitious team passionate about bringing generative AI solutions to a new dimension to improve the productivity and quality of work. We are looking for a person sharing our goals, motivation and values.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement our full stack (React/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, cloud infra).
- Build and maintain NLP pipelines (HF/Transformers, PyTorch, evaluation + retraining).
- Create privacy-first data workflows, secure APIs, and scalable storage/processing.
- Ship fast: from wireframes → UI → backend → ML integration → deployment.
Who you are
- 5+ years full-stack engineering with strong frontend + backend fundamentals.
- Solid experience shipping production ML/NLP systems (pipelines, GPU workflows).
- Comfortable with devops (CI/CD, containers, cloud, monitoring).
- Can translate customer needs into clean UX, solid features and robust architecture.
- Operate as a Co-owner: fast, precise, and run the entire tech stack solo.
